Happy Almost New Year! (Email sent 12/29/25)

Dear Dancers & Parents,

I hope you all had a wonderful Christmas and are enjoying your break from all the things. I have a few reminders for you before we start the new semester.

~ Our tuition schedule now changes to the first Monday of the month.

January 5th

February 2nd

March 2nd

April 6th

* May 4th (recital fee of $25 will be charged for each student)

* Our recital fee helps pay for the cost of the May recital, and it allows us to not charge admission allowing you to invite family and friends with no maximums and no need to purchase tickets.

COSTUME DEPOSITS – I am using your costume deposits this week to order costumes for our May recital.  Costumes will come with everything your dancer will need (head pieces, costume, additional skirts, tights). Please check your dancer’s shoes this week and get new shoes ordered, if needed.  Dancers normally need shoes twice a year and many will need new ones unless you got them before the Christmas Showcase.

COSTUME BALANCES – Once orders are placed, I will know costume totals and I’ll post those balances for each class. Many get confused here so let me explain.  A costume deposit ($50) is a partial payment of your dancer’s costume and the costume balance is the remainder due minus your $50 deposit. Once orders are placed, I will send out the amounts by class and date balances are due.  It all depends on the order date.  Balances are due 30 days after the order.  If not paid by the due date, a 25% late fee will be assessed to the upaid balance every 30 days until paid in full (this fee will cover my credit card fees.)

NEW STUDIO UPDATE – Phase 1 is complete!  Phase 1 was getting the five apartments renovated and rented, and we got the studio area cleaned out so it’s ready to be put together. Phase 2 will be in full swing starting January. We are hoping to be able to move in this summer for classes.  I can’t wait to share the progress with you this semester!

CLASSES RESUME MONDAY, JANUARY 5TH, 2026.  Enjoy the rest of your break!  Please text me if you have any questions.  I’ll answer in between snuggles from my new grandaughter, Finley Aileen, born 12/26 at 1:12am. Ha ha!  I had to sneak that in there.

Blessings,

Gabrielle Barnett
