Fee Schedule for 2017-2018

 STUDIO ONE FEE SCHEDULE 

Class fees are figured on a monthly basis, we do not charge by the class.  You are paying for a spot in class.  If your child drops out of dance, you must come fill out a class withdrawal form to ensure that you do not accrue additional fees.  No costume deposits are refunded after November 1st.  The $35 registration fee is due at enrollment with one costume deposit of $50 per class.  The registration fee is not refundable.  After enrolling, if you choose to switch classes, you must complete a class transfer form.  Instructors will assess all students in September and make adjustments, as needed.  In January, costume balances will be due.  In March, a $25 recital fee per student will be due if participating in our May recitals.

Due to our new online enrollment/customer portal option, all customers are required to enter a credit or debit card for monthly billing.  Charges will be made between the 3rd and the 5th of the month.  In the event a late fee is charged, the late fee will applied to the account on the 15th and the late fee will be 10% of the amount due. If you are interested in paying a semester at a time with cash or check, please inquire about the discount for tuition.  A credit/debit card will still be required for additional fees that may be charged including workshop fees, costume deposits/balances, registration and/or recital fees etc…

3 CLASSES = $140

4 CLASSES = $175

5 CLASSES = $205

6 CLASSES = $240

7 CLASSES = $270

PLEASE NOTE!!!  SEPTEMBER THROUGH DECEMBER ARE FULL MONTHS & JANUARY THROUGH APRIL ARE FULL MONTHS.  STUDIO ONE IS IN SESSION FOR 8 MONTHS ONLY DURING THE SCHOOL YEAR.  WE FOLLOW THE ALTUS PUBLIC SCHOOLS CALENDAR – NO SCHOOL = NO DANCE.  THIS YEAR, CLASSES WILL RESUME IN SEPTEMBER AFTER LABOR DAY.

We begin classes on Tuesday, September 5th.  You will receive a calendar for the year at the first class and it will be posted on our website.  Monday classes are out the most so we will have rescheduled dates on the calendar for Mondays.  We will make every effort to make up any classes missed due to bad weather.  We follow the Altus Public Schools calendar with a few exceptions.  You may view the calendar at www.altusschools.k12.ok.us and click on the link to “calendars.” If we ever need to notify you, we will do so via email and text so please make sure your information is correct through the customer portal.  Remember to make sure your cell number and provider are listed and saved or you will not receive texts.  Thanks!
